By creating an account or using Adamantium you agree to these terms. If you use Adamantium for an employer or client, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.

You keep all rights you already hold in the websites, briefs, logos, documents and photography you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and send that material to our AI processors purely to produce the output you request.

You warrant that you own or are licensed to use everything you upload, including model releases, property releases, trademarks, fonts and stock licences, and that your use of the output will not infringe anyone's rights.

As between you and us, you may use the creative generated for your account for any lawful purpose, including commercial advertising. We claim no ownership of it.

Output is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no representation or warranty of any kind that generated images, layouts, text or research are original, accurate, non-infringing, registrable, protectable by copyright, compliant with any advertising platform policy, or fit for any particular purpose. AI systems can produce output that resembles existing works, brands, people or products. The legal status of AI-generated material differs by country and is unsettled; in some jurisdictions purely AI-generated output may not be protected by copyright at all.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, clearing and approving every asset before you publish, distribute, print or otherwise use it, commercially or otherwise. We are not liable for any image, text, layout or research created in, exported from, or used from this tool, in any use whatsoever.

Quality-control scores, safe-zone checks and research findings inside the tool are automated aids, not approvals, legal advice or guarantees of platform compliance.

Do not use Adamantium to create material that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that impersonates a real person or brand you are not authorised to represent. Do not upload third-party imagery you lack rights to, attempt to recreate a competitor's copyrighted creative, resell raw model access, scrape the service, or circumvent plan limits or access controls.

Research features summarise publicly available information to describe market patterns and inform original work. They do not copy competitor artwork, photography, logos or wording, and findings are directional observations rather than verified facts. Verify anything you rely on.

Paid plans include a stated number of ad sets per billing period. Usage is metered per account; additional sets may be charged as overage where your plan allows it. Fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law, and you may cancel at any time with access continuing to the end of the paid period. We may change pricing on notice for future periods.

The service depends on third-party AI providers and may be interrupted, degraded or changed. Model behaviour, quality and availability can change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular generation result.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from material you upload, output you publish or use, or your breach of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost advertising spend, takedowns, account suspensions or reputational harm. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create legal risk, or abuse generation limits. You may delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your own country.
