Privacy policy

Adamantium ("Adamantium", "we", "us") is an AI creative tool that turns a website, a brief and your own photography into advertising creative and ad copy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to delete.

Account data: email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and — if you subscribe — the billing records our payment processor returns to us. We never see or store your full card number.

Workspace content: brand names, websites, briefs, notes, uploaded product and background photography, uploaded logos, uploaded documents, chat messages and screenshots you attach, and the ad creative and copy generated for you.

Usage data: which features you run, how many generations you use, timestamps, error logs and basic technical information such as browser type. We use this to enforce plan limits, fix faults and understand demand.

To operate your account, generate the creative you ask for, enforce your plan's allowance, provide support, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your workspace content for advertising.

Generating creative requires sending your prompt material — briefs, brand details and the images you upload or that we render — to third-party AI model providers through our AI gateway. Those providers process the material to return a result. Do not upload material you are not permitted to share with a third-party processor, and do not upload sensitive personal data, health data, government identifiers or payment details.

Your account and workspace data are stored in our managed cloud backend with row-level access rules so that each account can read only its own records. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Some drafts are cached in your own browser so a reload does not lose your work; clearing your browser storage removes them. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep workspace content while your account is active and for a short period afterwards so accidental deletions can be reversed. Email us to request export or deletion of your account and its content; we will action verified requests within 30 days, except where we must retain records for tax, accounting or legal reasons.

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us and we will help.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in, remember your access session and preserve unsaved work. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Adamantium is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.
